Art: Rhinoceros Beetle polymer clay decorated box by Artist Christina Kapono aka MandarinMoon

Centered on the box is a Rhinoceros Beetle that was tooled into a sheet of copper. It is surrounded by a detailed design in black polymer clay. Iridescent ruby glass gems were added and the clay was colored using PearlEx powdered pigments and touches of metallic paint. Currently for sale in my Etsy shop at www.MandarinMoon.etsy.com
