"An Awakening within the Spirit"
A mixed media collage of images, acrylics and journaled words composed in one of my own personal journals. I journal to preserve my thoughts, emotions and to chronicle stages in my life. Obviously words are an essential part of journaling but the meaning of those words can be amplified to project strong emotions when coupled with images. If you were to take away either aspect from this journaled page, for me, the meaning would be lost.
