Thick, rich oil pigments, applied in a free Impressionist style give this painting of New Orleans' Garden District a soft, dreamy quality. It has been painted on a 30" x 24" gallery wrapped canvas, and has a medium texture. No frame is required because the edges of the canvas are painted so that the images wrap around the sides.
