This piece is a traditional woodcut. I carved these blood thirsty birds on half inch particle board. I then printed it on paper using Speedball Block Printing Ink. I did not have a printing press available to me at the time, so I used a metal spoon to transfer the image. Obviously, not the most efficient method, but it worked okay.
