Art Show: Zombie Chickens

Terror stalks the countryside. In peaceful barnyards and quiet backyards, a horrific, undead evil roosts… Zombie Chickens! No coop is safe. No farmer or hobbyist can escape. So lock your door, call in the dog and pray - because nothing can escape their insatiable hunger for living flesh.

Zombie Chickens. What form do they take in your imagination? Are they classic shambling and mindless beaked killers straight from George Romero? Or are they a more modern menace – nimble and fast with flashing talons that are difficult to elude? This show is the opportunity for you to show others - nay to warn others, that when the Zombie Apocalypse arrives, these horrors will come for them.

Zombie Chickens is not a media specific show. Anything goes - from paintings to automata, as long as it depicts Zombie Chickens. Be creative and have fun.

We strongly recommend all artists include in their statement information about why and how they chose to create their piece, as statements can enhance the experience for the online viewer. We also encourage you to include detail shots of your entries. This will allow the viewer to fully appreciate your work as small details can be lost in an online environment.
