This is my rip of Susan Frank's (Art_Song) "Donuts" painting. Susan invited me to participate in this with her and I was somewhat intimidated as our painting styles are so extraordinarily different. Not only are our styles different, but our subject matter preferences are different as well. I did her donuts in a case with a large-in-the-behind woman looking them over and someone working behind the counter. I am call it, "Decisions, Decisions". It fits because 1. She wants all the darn donuts, therefore is having trouble choosing between them--frustrating the man behind the counter. 2. I felt like "decisions, decisions" throughout this whole process because I couldn't figure out what of Susan's work to paint, what would fit for me to do. It was difficult. Donuts made it easier and now I want to eat one.
