I have all sorts of visitors come to the water garden on warm afternoons. Gracie (the fish) seems happy to share her water garden with Clarence (the dragonfly).

The fish is almost completely orange-gold with shining flecks of yellow-gold tapering off to white at the tips of his beautiful tails. Palette knife and scrumbling techniques are used to enhance the texture of the scales.

This dragonfly is taking a rest on the green lily pad where he catches some warm summer rays.
