Sebastian is a siamese fighting fish or betta that lives in my indoor water garden. He is bright blue with red tail and fins. He swims all alone in his two-gallon aquarium which has irridescent marbles on the bottom.

Palette knife was used to add texture to the scales, tail and fins.

Primary colors in this painting are naphthol crimson (red), phthalocyanine blue and sap green.

Irridescent medium was used to give a glowing appearance to the marbles, background, and highlights on the tail and fins.
