A beauty with gilded petals!

This cactus had a total of 21 blossoms this year, after only producing a few last year. It goes limp in the winter and looks like it won't survive the cold and snow, but come Spring, it perks up and adds a splash of color to a corner deck box. It needed propping up this year, hence the fence for support.

Worked on in Studio Artist and PS to achieve a slightly embossed and waxy look.
