The Iris is truly the Queen of Spring.  What a stately flower.  I took this picture last year in my small iris garden.  I worked on it in Photoshop to reduce the background color to bring out the Iris itself.  I added texture to the whole image.  I then used a mask to bring out the colors of the iris.  I hope I have done the Queen of Spring justice.  I have entered this image in the Spring Bulb show, 2013
