"Ripping Jeanne's Blue Hosta" is my interpretation of Jeanne Harlan-Marriott's oil painting, "Blue Hosta".  I loved her painting and found some hosta to photograph as my base for creating a blue hosta image like hers.  I created several layers and did some work on the image (to give it my personal touch!) and this is the result.  I have entered it in the 2014 Ripped Off exhibit.  Below you can see Jeanne's original oil painting.
