Sunflower Ladybug Vignette

- by Pamela K Wilhelm

This week's theme: Helianthus

They are named for the sun. Their symmetry is based on Fibonacci numbers. They are native to the Americas, but have traveled widely and have captured the eyes and imagination of people all over the world.

Recently I was reading the book Incognito by David Engleman. and he theorizes that reality is what our perception makes it.  Few Days later I was watching a program about parallel universes.  As my mind was attempting to merge the two ideas I saw this image in my mind.  I worked on the piece and had it well on its way before the program was done.  Now the question is what does this painting look like in the parallel universe?  Do I just reverse the image.  Either was I am sure that it is a masterpiece! lol
