A chinese brushwork portrait of my cat Vincent catnapping next to a vase of lovely sunflowers, another in my sunflower cat series inspired by Van Gogh. The calligraphy at right means "sunflower cat" and signed underneath with my chinese name characters and stamped with my original chinese "Theo" seal, ever my memorial to my little cat muse, gone but not forgotten. And neither is Vinny....I lost him July 2009, way too young. So, a memorial to him as well. Gentle journey Vinny...
