- by Theodora Demetriades

This week's theme: This and That

No particular theme for this week. Just some great art from the artists at EBSQ.

Art: SEA GULLS ON THE BEACH by Artist Theodora Demetriades
You never really realize just how large gulls are until you are close to them. When the swoop in to steal food from you on the boardwalk in Atlantic City you feel as if you are being bombarded. These are suprisingly smart birds..when there was a tide that brought in hundreds of large clam shells the gulls carried them to the top of the lamp posts in a parking lot that was adjacent to the beach and they opened the shells by dropping them from the highest point the light posts. Don't you just know that the unlucky people who parked their cars under the lights had their windshields broken. Just try and explain that to an insurance agent.
