They are named for the sun. Their symmetry is based on Fibonacci numbers. They are native to the Americas, but have traveled widely and have captured the eyes and imagination of people all over the world.

I responded to a monthly challenge given by a blog site Calypso Moon Artist Movement. This month the challenge was to depict food that we love but isn't good for us. I love caffeine so I like chocolates. But the immediate negative effect to me is that the sugar makes me sleepy and the caffeine makes my hyper LOL
