This week's theme: ATC's and ACEO's
ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. ACEO stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals. These cards are the size of a trading card - they are 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches. ATC's have been traded among artists for some time. They have become more and more popular and now ACEO's are available for sale to collectors who wish to buy them. As the name implies, some are prints and some are originals. Both are in high demand as they are beautiful, easy to collect and fun to make.
My intent was for this to be an artist trading card. It was made with glass and copper wire. The wire is completely fused inside the glass.
Artist trading cards are a lot of fun to do and gives other people a chance to buy the artwork at a cheap price.
This piece of art has been sold.
