This has been painted especially for the "Fall from Grace show". This teenage mum (with another child on the way) has fallen off the wagon. She said she would 'show them all' when she became pregnant at 14, 'looking after a baby would be easy' and for a while she coped quite well. Look at her now though with her empty gin bottles and her poor daughter "Would you like some water mummy, what's for tea mummy?"...........Yes she really has fallen from grace - will she ever get back up again though? I felt this would be something a bit different for the show - As this ladies lot in life was never really that great to begin with. Not like a famous person who has lost their popularity but an every day teenage mum (a huge problem in the UK). I enjoyed painting this and would like to hear anyones views on this painting.
