This piece was done with acrylics and mixed media (those are real red sequins around the edges!), on canvas panel. It was part of one of the ebsq themed shows, examining the open road and the cultural mythology of Route 66! I was thinking of a collaborative journal that my friends and I never finished from our road trip five years ago that took us from Vancouver BC to Mexico.
