Lanterns and strings of paper hearts decorate a stone-walled garden as a little girl and her yellow dog dance to celebrate warmer days. This is for the EBSQ word challenge "Motion", and of course dancing is a particularly fun type of motion. This painting was first inked in with very dilute sepia and a Rapidograph pen, then painted in watercolor glazes.
