Well here we are to have some tea

and gossip in our Sunday best

A bit of sip and sass

a little truth, then we will make up the rest

It is the weekly tea party and they prepare for it all week. Who is who and with whom. You know how it goes. This is a 9x12" done in color pencil and in Alfred Manzier style. Alfred Manzier did many post cards in the 1930 of cats doing normal run of the mill "people" things often with a bit of an sinister twist. I found several of the cards when clearing out my Mother's house and I have been hooked ever since. I wanted to do the same thing with my kitties minus the truly sinister. lol
