Art: fireworks over manhattan by Artist Nancy Denommee

A few years ago I created a number of mixed-media paintings using the "New York Times" newspaper in different ways. In this very large painting I sculpted the Brooklyn Bridge using sheets of the newspaper to give the work a raised image. I also used palette knife, spatulas, and paint scrapers to get the very heavily textured effect.

Original one of a kind painting, not a print or copy. Signed and dated and titled on back.
