This is the Jay County High Marching Patriot band,my grandaughter plays clarinet in band,this is the small town of Pennville's fair parade.they work hard all summer,with all the fairs in Jay county and practice every day getting ready for the contests with other school bands.then the big parade and contest at Indiana's State Fair in August.
