This bicyclist looks like he's about ready to ride off the building and down the electrical wire. This was a fluke - taken at just the right angle while I was a passenger in a moving car. I love the neon shining from behind the window, inside the bicycle shop below. An early 20th century feel in the millennium from another wonderful building in NYC.
