This week's theme: I Want To Ride My Bicycle

When I was a kid, it seemed like I lived on my bicycle. There was nothing as wonderful as my bike. I still own a bike, but I don’t ride it as often as I did when I was younger. If I lived in an area that was more bicycle friendly, I know I would ride it more often. No matter how often we ride them - whether it is for transportation or purely for pleasure, there is something special about a bicycle.

This bicyclist looks like he's about ready to ride off the building and down the electrical wire. This was a fluke - taken at just the right angle while I was a passenger in a moving car. I love the neon shining from behind the window, inside the bicycle shop below. An early 20th century feel in the millennium from another wonderful building in NYC. This photograph was taken with my Canon T-70.
