Sandra Willard was born in 1970 in Ontario, Canada. She immigrated to the United States from Canada in 2004 to marry her husband, Thomas.

Sandra has had two solo exhibitions and several group exhibitions in galleries throughout Illinois.  Sandra's artwork has been published in the 4th edition of Strokes of Genius by North Light Books.  She has won numerous awards at many juried exhibitions and art fairs.

Her work can be found in private collections throughout the world. She currently resides in Rathdrum, ID with her husband and dog.
