This is ball # 24 "Paper Flowers w/ Cool Tulips" for the 2010 Dragonfly Balls.

 This is a clear glass ball with deep green micro glitter branches.  The Tulips are painted many cool blues glitter.  Inside the ball is an ornate white paper flower highlighted with iridescent glitter  The outside of the flower is painted with iridescent green leaves.  See close up pics for details on ball.

The ball is topped off with a matching blue bow.
