Art: Fido and Me by Artist Lindi Levison

I've admired the work of Thomas C. Fedro for a really long time, so I was very excited to have his consent to do this exhibit using his work as inspiration. His entire portfolio tends to inspire me more than any single piece (although I do have a few favorites), but in the end I decided to create a composition of my own, using his style, medium, and technique. Those who are familiar with my work know that it often includes my dog, Zu. This is my interpretation of what Zu and I would look like painted in "Fedro-style". The title is Fido and Me, for obvious reasons. :)

He will be my friend, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart. I owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion. --anonymous
