I'm usually painting for commissions or the oil & watercolor workshops I teach. So when I took some time to try acrylic pouring, I found it quite fun. I did a few and planned on painting something on each one of them. Since you can paint oils over top of acrylics, I thought this would be a fun way to do some backgrounds for some wildlife work. I taped the sides during the pour, but some got under the tape...I repainted it white, but wanted to make sure you knew ahead of time. Also this is a 2 inch thick canvas. See the detail images.
