Inspired by my family and their struggles with mental illness. Too many times people with mental illness must pretend that everything’s ok, when it’s not. Wearing a mask with a smile, just to get through the day. Afraid to speak up because of the stigma our society puts on those suffering from mental illness. I want to change that! I want people to be able to get help without feeling ashamed.
