It was the end of a visit to Southwold, a seaside town in Suffolk. I was just getting in the car when I noticed these dark clouds that had seemed to come out of nowhere. I liked the way the colourful beach huts stood out aginst them.

This original pastel has been sold (unmounted and unframed.)
