This image is based on an original photograph of naked intertwined branches of bushes growing in a thicket. It was digitally transformed to add color, saturation as well as gradient relief using Studio Artist.  The original photo seen below seemed too dull and needed a facelift.  The autumnal colors contribute significantly to the abstract impressionism of the final image and emphasize the overall texture.
