Sentiments Series

This painting is the first in a series of sentiments based on personal life reflections. The poem incorporated into the piece reads:

Mixed Media Collage Includes:: Collected Natural Elements from my back yard--Real Pressed Leaves from the local rainforest, bird feathers, gold metal foil, sand and handmade papers, lace papers.

This original mixed media painting has been created on an a custom built panel with a hemlock cradled frame. The cradle is textured and painted in continuation of the frontal design, no need to frame!
