Magical Lights

- by Leola Walker

This week's theme: Would You Like To Swing On A Star?

Because of light pollution many of us only see a few stars at night. We may not see them, but there are still billions of points of light arcing over the earth. The Milky Way still crosses the sky like a river flowing through the night and the constellations continue they''re cyclical path from one horizon to the other. Even when we can''t see them the stars still captivate us. This week''s EBSQ Art of the Day brings you stars that you can enjoy day or night.

Art: Magical Lights by Artist Leola Walker
Northern Lights play across the night sky. Patterns constantly changing, never repeating themselves. Painted with acrylics on sturdy museum quality matte board, signed and dated on the back, this 2.5" x 3.5" painting will fit in the standard trading card sleeve or can be framed on it's own. I have used iridescent colour on this to give it the magical feel of the lights. It has been sealed with an acrylic sealent to protect it.
