This week's theme: Guacamole

Everyone has their favorite guacamole recipe. Some add garlic and others say no garlic - ever. There are people that prefer their guac whipped smooth and creamy. Many swear that guacamole must have some texture and you'll find everything from super chunky to just a little chunky.
