This week's theme: Some Of This, Some Of That

Often, when searching for pieces for Art Of The Day, I will come across pieces that catch my eye but do not fit that particular week's theme. As is my usual habit, I click the red heart and save it to my "Favorite Art". This week's selections are a collection of paintings from the varied mix of art that I have been squirreling away.

Art: Marielle's new Haircut by Artist Caite Bonsey

My roommate at the time worked in a movie theater in Beverly Hills and had green and orange dreadlocks. One night Bette Davis was making a special appearance and the theater manger strongly suggested that Marielle adopt a more conventional style so off went the dreadlocks.
