Art: Queen's Tart #4 by Artist Misty Monster
Meet the Queen's Tarts! In the famous nursery rhyme, the Queen of Hearts made some tarts, and it's just assumed that the tarts were a pastry! I imagine that the tarts look something like my heart-shaped tarts with their big eyes! If I met these tarts, I too might do as the Knave and steal them clean away! Imagine the tales they could tell! This little tart has a bee on her nose, and it's quite annoying as she isn't able to shoo it away! The Queen of Hearts she made some tarts all on a summer's day; The Knave of Hearts he stole the tarts and took them clean away. The King of Hearts called for the tarts and beat the Knave full sore The Knave of Hearts brought back the tarts and vowed he'd steal no more. © Misty Benson. All Rights Reserved.
