After Mucha's Girl In Moravian Costume

- by Erika Nelson

This week's theme: OSWOA: Original Small Works Of Art

OSWOA's are works of art sized 4x6 or 6x4. They must fit into 4x6 photo album sleeves and they must be original works of art - not prints. If the work is digital art or a photograph, only one copy can be considered an OSWOA. There are no limited or open edition OSWOA's.

Art: After Mucha's Girl In Moravian Costume by Artist Erika Nelson
This was done for Master's Challenge and the theme is "Spring". Being a figurative artist, Alphonse Much (1860-1939) was my first choice to pay tribute to. He was a Moravian painter whose works influenced painters, graphic artists, illustrators and draftsman. His work comes to mind when the subject of Art Nouveau is the topic.
