Roses

- by Christopher Boswell

This week's theme: Mothers

This Sunday is Mother's Day.

Art Of The Day did a Mother's Day Theme last year but it is one of things that bears repeating.

So, as was said last year...

A mother does so much and means so much that one day hardly seems enough.

Happy Mother's Week.

Art: Roses by Artist Christopher Boswell
Rose Defined: 4: A rosy color of the cheeks. It has been said this phenomenon occurs at times awkward in nature or when love is apparent. You be the judge of which might be occuring to the cheeks in this image. Count the Roses, you might find 6 if your observant. The left rosy cheek of son J. Rose, pushed up against the right rosy check of mom E. Rose. So it's a half a dozen roses what with 4 cheeks and two folks named Rose. For a bonus we get the effect a bunch of Roses generally have either before they show up, or after, or both....Love!!
