The wood was cut to create two separate vessels to cradle the glass chosen for this piece.

Support: 3/4 inch wood panel, highly textured, use of mixed media creates a unique play with light and shadow as the glass is suspended by copper wire.

Digital camera had a hard time with the "glow" this piece of art puts out. Depending on the time of day and light the copper metallic paint and the blue swirl glass will change illuminating in a variety of different shades.

This has multiple layers of paint which gives an amazing shine and texture.
