It is a mixed media peice comprised of Black , white & grey scale acrylics. As well as hand processed black and white photography.

The feel In the "dark forest series" is of a gothic dark nature. The series follows the path of a spirit in her crossing over to the other realm. This peice, the 2nd in the series is intended to be a close up sequel to show how the spirit (from the fist picture) is handling the transition now that the crossing into the dead forest spirit world is complete.

As you can see from the spirit close up view. This spirit is not at all happy with the prospect of death and being cast into the dead forest against her will. We will continue to delve into this spirits sufferings through later installments in the series.
