These Paintings are made with 100% recyclable food ingredients out of the trash. They were made with recycled paper and shaped into an - Origami style box and painted with these many food ingredients. For the lines I will blend and boil suffucient ingredients and use a calligraphy pen. I have been experimenting for years how to create art with ingredients that all of us have around the house and have been already used and thrown away. I believe one should send the lease amount possible to the landfill. Recently, I heard someone say "when you throw something away- it does not disappear. It goes to a PLACE, a landfill and it stays there a long time and sometimes forever". Individually my junk maybe just that. However, when I put it all together it is Art and beautiful. My intent is to create a line of art that is eco-friendly, recyclable and beautiful to display. Literally turning our used trash into something of worth and beauty.
