This is my entry for the 2017 exhibit "Opposites". As my health has caused issues this year, I've been unable to sit and paint very much. But an artists heart and eye never stop. When not painting, I am always looking for unique beauty and light even when just resting in the backyard. I love to capture earth's uniqueness with my camera.

This past year, while floating in the ocean, flowers began drifting past me. I must have spend a half hour taking pictures of this plumeria attempting to capture a unique view of it. I think I did in this photograph as you see the sky and the palm trees, from below the water. Above - below... opposites creating a spectacular world!
