New Orleans is often referred to as America's Most Haunted City, and anybody who's been there can't deny the unusual energy and history that is in the air. This piece was inspired by a lush French Quarter balcony my husband and I saw on Royal Street on our most recent trip to New Orleans. It looked like it hadn't changed in 200 years - I just let my imagination figure out the rest....
