I wanted to create one more Lemur piece and I was torn between wanting to do something playful and wanting to do something pretty. I decided to try to do both. This digital painting was created from a stock photo. The only filter used was dry brush. Most of the texture you see was created by hand with a Wacom tablet. The original stock photo was just begging to have something placed in those hands. I thought about a gun, and decided that would just be way too serious so our friend was given a magazine instead. It appears to be a gentleman's magazine.
