The image is of a Physostegia virginiana, which resembles Snapdragons (Antirrhinum majus), and is often called the False Dragonhead or Obedience. Physostegia can easily be confused with foxglogve and is actually a member of the mint family. Both species include pink flowers.

I chose to include it in the snapgragon show because of its resemblance to the snapdragon. This monster is indeed poised to "snap"!
