One night I saw a field of blossoms almost glowing in the bright moonlight. I wanted to use an iridescent finish for the whole landscape to give an impression of that silvery silken veil of light. The blossoms of the Queen Anne’s Lace are so delicate and intricate that I don’t think they can be improved upon. Therefore, I painted the blooms with Delta Pearl Finish and then stamped them on the weedy background of Lumiere Pearl paint. The moon was stamped with a thread spool. I added more grasses with black marker.
