I love painting sunflowers. This one is from my garden in Indiana. It came up from a seed a bird planted so it was a really nice surprise. Even when sunflowers pop up in places where they eclipse the other flowers or seem awkward I can't help but nurture them and see them through the season. This sunflower lived on by providing seeds for the next year's birds.
