The is a painting I did in acrylic on 16x20 canvas sheet . This was inspired by my hometown Tucson Arizona. There is a place here called Gatespass and along side the road is beautiful cactus everywhere and I painted this whimsical piece to represent the beauty of cactus all around the southwest. . This diplays a whimsical cactus scene as you would see driving into Gatepass along side of the hills are they beautiful southwest style custom homes. There you can see many varieties of cactus such as the Saguaro Cactus,Prickly Pear,Blue Agave and Ocatilla.I loved painting this scene in a whimsical fashion it is vibrant and alive .
