This is actually a view I see every night In my hometown of Oro valley outside of Tucson where I have grown up the last 16 years all along the sides of the roads you can see beautifully landscaped and natural landscapes of cactus and desert flora.The night views are beautiful and full of shooting stars.The mountains you see in the backround are actually Pusch Ridge that I see in my backyard..This peice was created with Acrylic on 16x20 canvas sheet. This diplays a whimsical cactus scene as you would see driving into Arizona .I was inspired by all the cactus along side the road ways in my hometown of Tucson /Oro valley ,Arizona. There you can see many varieties of cactus such as the Saguaro Cactus,Prickly Pear,Blue Agave and Ocatilla.I loved painting this scene in a whimsical fashion it is vibrant and alive .
