An unusual fact about it that I learned is that the un-opened flower buds can be marinated in cider vinegar or water with lemon, sea salt, and occasionally herbs or spices and used in a similar way to capers.   Also that allergies to daises do occur usually causing contact dermatitis, another fact I did not know.
